Hi all!!!!! Sharmine Hilton here... Well this is the first episode for ‘Your Health’. The motive of this is to ensure that all of you keep fit and healthy. In this modern day, we’re all busy with our schedule that we can’t even make time to keep ourselves healthy. But think it in a long-term way... Do you want to live longer? Do you want to remain youthful as your age increases? Do you want yourself to be walking around or sitting in the wheelchair? Think hard. In this episode, I’m going to touch on mass. Having a balanced diet is essential in your health. It is recommended that we have 3 meals per day. Youngsters nowadays are eating a lot of junk foods. I’m not saying that it is wrong to eat junk food but these should be kept minimal because these junk foods do have effects to you. A lot of people these days are concerned about their mass gain. It’s not that you cannot eat but then how do you get rid of these excess fats. It’s alright if you eat a lot but you have to do exercise to maintain your mass. Another tip is to only eat when you’re hungry. Some people eat even thought they are not hungry. And when you eat, you eat to fill your stomach not to make yourselves full. That is also part of eating etiquette. Last tip is to chew your food to small pieces. Some people swallow their food in big chunks. That is bad because, the food you eat will be hard to be digest and it will end up as fats. When u eat slowly and chew your food to small pieces, it will be easily digested.
