Caboose is here once again and I have to say is congratulations to both of them. Well, at least I am still a happy dude.Anyway, I know that some of you had heard about me saying that I would not get married or having a long term relationship with anyone. Well to tell the truth, I am staying with that point. My wish is to not have any long term relationship with anyone or getting married to anyone. Hi all!!!!! Sharmine Hilton here... Well this is the first episode for ‘Your Health’. The motive of this is to ensure that all of you keep fit and healthy. In this modern day, we’re all busy with our schedule that we can’t even make time to keep ourselves healthy. But think it in a long-term way... Do you want to live longer? Do you want to remain youthful as your age increases? Do you want yourself to be walking around or sitting in the wheelchair? Think hard. In this episode, I’m going to touch on mass. Having a balanced diet is essential in your health. It is recommended that we have 3 meals per day. Youngsters nowadays are eating a lot of junk foods. I’m not saying that it is wrong to eat junk food but these should be kept minimal because these junk foods do have effects to you. A lot of people these days are concerned about their mass gain. It’s not that you cannot eat but then how do you get rid of these excess fats. It’s alright if you eat a lot but you have to do exercise to maintain your mass. Another tip is to only eat when you’re hungry. Some people eat even thought they are not hungry. And when you eat, you eat to fill your stomach not to make yourselves full. That is also part of eating etiquette. Last tip is to chew your food to small pieces. Some people swallow their food in big chunks. That is bad because, the food you eat will be hard to be digest and it will end up as fats. When u eat slowly and chew your food to small pieces, it will be easily digested. So soon and it's already episode 5.Thanks for all the support you people have been giving. I hope that all of you love MISS BMW. And I will try to bring in as many hot gossips to you all each episode. (: One hot news for this episode! Last saturday around 4pm plus, Miss BMW caught Fee with one guy (lets name him Mr Black) in the mrt heading Jurong East. Well... ... Could it be that Fee will be soon attached? Or is it that the guy had a crush on Fee and Fee reject him. Miss BMW will try to dig out as many secret as possible and report at the next episode. Stay tuned. In the meanwhile, back to the weekly's focus: This couple was found to be on a date to the zoo on last Tuesday. As the chinese hiltons actually decided to have suki sushi lunch buffet that day and this two couple gave it a miss. After bugging them, they finally admit that they are going on a date. This two couple totally disappoint us by paiseh-ing friends for a zoo date. Lol. And to punish them, Miss BMW had found a way to deal with them; 1. Anyone caught responding/replying/chatting/whispering/smsing/talking to Mr. Chan Kay Peng or Miss Goh Wanling (Mrs Chan) will be fined accorrdingly. 2.
